At Garden Road Woodworks, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in their original condition — whether defective or non-defective.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at loucutri@gardenroadwoodworks.com. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Holiday Returns Orders placed between November 1 and January 31 are eligible for an extended 60-day return window.
